This chapter covers the rights and duties of everyone living in France: fundamental rights and freedoms, the duties of a citizen such as paying tax, respecting the law and sending children to school, equality and non-discrimination, access to justice and appeals, parental responsibility and digital citizenship. It is the other large theme on the paper — 11 of the 40 questions, of which 6 are situational — so practise the scenarios as much as the facts.
