This chapter covers the fundamental rights and duties established by the Spanish Constitution: freedom of expression, the right to education, the duty to pay taxes, and the obligations of citizenship. Pay close attention to which rights are absolute and which may be restricted, as well as the constitutional bodies that protect them.
