Demokratische Grundordnung
168 questions
Sections
This chapter covers how Austria works as a democracy. You will learn the basic principles of the constitution, the fundamental rights of citizens, the federal institutions, elections and the courts, and how the rule of law makes sure that laws apply equally to everyone, including the state itself. The questions refer to concrete institutions and rights, not to general political theory. On the real test this area is worth 6 of the 18 questions, and you need at least 3 of them right to pass on the per-area rule.
